HAVE YOU BEEN PAYING FOR DOWN . . . But receiving feathers? Because there is no penalty for lying to you about the contents of your comforter or pillows; you see ads that state it's "DOWN", when it's actually a "feather and down mixture". Also, many promotion stores sell a twin size, a regular, a queen or a king - all at the same low price. Any thinking person recognizes that a king is twice as large as a twin; twice as much filling needed, twice as much fabric and twice as much labor! How can this be? Simple! Small goose feathers sell for $1.18 a pound and our high quality Jacket Grade DOWN sells for $75.50 a pound. For seven years, a major department store chain has had a greater refund total on their down comforter than all other home products combined. Why? Because the customer did not receive what they had paid for - PERSONAL COMFORT. Why again? Feather cannot give the comfort of DOWN. Our PRIME JACKET GRADE GOOSE DOWN is the finest possible. Hypoallergenic and has a loft factor of 675 to 700 and with a feather percentage of less than 4%, when 18% is allowed. US standards only go to 700 fill. If it says over 700 then it's based on European standards, which are inferior to US standards. Our comforters are totally washable and dryable in a home system; instructions included with every purchase. It is no more difficult than the usual weekly wash - and do wash it at least once a year. Our DOWN-PROOF fabric (357 thread count) is super soft and made DOWN-PROOF by weaving, not by starching or sizing.Starched fabric will lose its down-proofness in six months or less and you will have a bedroom that's filled with feathers . . . a poor substitute for quality. Our sizes are very generous. Your DON SHINGLER comforter will hang over on three sides about 12 inches. We suggest you do not use a top sheet over you - because the duvet cover becomes both your top sheet and your bedspread, giving you the easiest way there is to make a bed. So, if you are interested in whether or not you are receiving feathers when you're paying for DOWN - just squeeze with your pinkies and if you feel quills of feathers, then you're not getting a PRIME DOWN item, but a feather mixture. If the item you're examining reads "Dry Clean Only," then it's indicative that the fabric used has been made down-proof by starching - thus you'll never be happy with a bedroom filled with down feathers...
WE'RE ACCUSED OF BEING OBSESSED WITH PERFECTION, PRECISION AND METICULOUS ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL.
